History

INVIAJURIS CONSULTING BUREAU LLC (“IVJGROUP”) was formed to promote interests of foreign investors in the Russian national markets and provide comprehensive legal support for their business activities in the Russian Federation, as well as to procure full-scale legal service for domestic businesses and secure prompt accessibility thereof to the wide range of financial, investment and legal services of IVJ’s Russian and foreign partners.

IVJ’s formation pursued the purpose of amalgamating experience and expertise of a group of privately practicing lawyers to further expand scope and foster efficiency of professional legal services by adding value and benefit of team commitment, joined multiparty effort and shared resources.
